David McArthur
Associate Director – Training and Capacity Building
Dr David McArthur is the Associate Director for Training and Capacity Building at UBDC and is a Senior Lecturer in Transport Studies at the University of Glasgow. He has a background in economics and works mainly within the field of regional science with a focus on transport.
