Yunbei Ou
PhD student researcher
Yunbei’s research aims to study the impact of energy efficiency regulations on the housing market, using machine learning/deep learning and spatial-temporal modelling. The findings are expected to support decision-making in housing decarbonisation.
Yunbei also holds a M.Sc. in Data Science (Applied Urban Analytics) from the University of Manchester and a B.Eng. in Urban and Rural Planning from Central South University in China.
